Dr. Massimo S. Lattmann

Mr. Lattmann is one of the early “drivers” of venture capital in Switzerland and has made an impact on the professionalism of the private equity industry in this country.
As a founder of Venture Partners AG in 1997, he has been active in fundraising, fund structuring and fund management with a focus on the IT sector.
Massimo is currently chairman of SECA, the Swiss Venture Capital and Corporate Finance Association and a board member of several companies.

Before Venture Partners AG, he acted several years as a business angel after he successfully sold in 1991 his company Instrumatic AG. He created this company in 1975 and built it as its CEO from the inception to a profitable, international entity.

Mr. Lattmann lectures on the subject of entrepreneurship at the ETH – Zurich. He holds an MSc. and Ph.D. degree from the same institution.
